  6. You can load the book into a word processing program, or read and search it 
  7. with a file viewer. Here are some alternatives:

  9. Command to enter        Result

  11. online                  Read the book using the enclosed CV.EXE program.

  13. cv <file name>          To read any of the other files on this disk:
  14.                         Replace <file name> with the name of the desired
  15.                         files, as in CV PACKING.LST (will give you a list
  16.                         of available files).

  18. LOOKFV5                 To decompress a distribution file containing the
  19.                         LOOKFOR boolean text search program. 
  20.  
  21. USING LOOKFOR

  23. To read the book, enter

  25.     LOOKFOR IN ONLINE.TXT
  26.  
  27. LOOKFOR's disadvantage is that blank lines usually disappear. The good news is 
  28. that it allows you to search for information in the book, and that searching 
  29. is very fast. Sample command:

  31.     LOOKFOR internet AND telnet IN online.txt
  32.  
  33. Read LOOKFOR.DOC (in the LOOKFV5.COM file) for more information.

  35. LOOKFOR is a shareware program written by David L. Trafton, 6309 Stoneham 
  36. Rd., Bethesda, Md. 20817, U.S.A. Be sure send him US$ 15.00 if you want to 
  37. use it after a short test. Registering for the Online World does _NOT_ 
  38. imply that you also register your copy of LOOKFOR !!!
