- ================================================================
- Last revised December 3, 1994
-
-
- You can load the book into a word processing program, or read and search it
- with a file viewer. Here are some alternatives:
-
- Command to enter Result
- ---------------- ------
- online Read the book using the enclosed CV.EXE program.
-
- cv <file name> To read any of the other files on this disk:
- Replace <file name> with the name of the desired
- files, as in CV PACKING.LST (will give you a list
- of available files).
-
- LOOKFV5 To decompress a distribution file containing the
- LOOKFOR boolean text search program.
-
- USING LOOKFOR
- =============
- To read the book, enter
-
- LOOKFOR IN ONLINE.TXT
-
- LOOKFOR's disadvantage is that blank lines usually disappear. The good news is
- that it allows you to search for information in the book, and that searching
- is very fast. Sample command:
-
- LOOKFOR internet AND telnet IN online.txt
-
- Read LOOKFOR.DOC (in the LOOKFV5.COM file) for more information.
-
- LOOKFOR is a shareware program written by David L. Trafton, 6309 Stoneham
- Rd., Bethesda, Md. 20817, U.S.A. Be sure send him US$ 15.00 if you want to
- use it after a short test. Registering for the Online World does _NOT_
- imply that you also register your copy of LOOKFOR !!!
-
- Note
- ====
- This archive should contain only one readme file. Any more or less you can
- be sure did not come from me.
-
- Happy reading!
